About the IILCC Study Group on ISDS Reform:

The IILCC Study Group on ISDS Reform is a collaboration of young researchers that wish to constructively contribute to the ongoing discussions on the future of Investor-State Dispute Settlement. To this end, the Study Group has published a report which summarizes and compares the most comprehensive academic studies currently available on the design and implementation of a future Multilateral Investment Court. The comparative summary does not intent to include any evaluation of the ideas developed in the studies, but rather wants to provide an overview on the crucial issues relevant to the discussion in fora such as UNCITRAL’s Working Group III on a possible reform of Investor-State Dispute Settlement. The Report is available at www.iilcc.com.
